Service
ZA IPTV supplies account access and setup information for the duration and simultaneous-device limit stated in the confirmed order. The customer supplies a compatible device, player application and adequate internet connection unless the order says otherwise.
Account use
- Keep credentials private.
- Do not exceed the purchased number of simultaneous connections.
- Do not resell, rebroadcast, record for commercial distribution, scrape or publicly share access.
- Do not interfere with platform security or attempt to discover another customer’s credentials.
- Use the service and content only where lawful.
Availability
Internet television depends on networks, devices, applications and upstream systems outside a single provider’s control. Content, categories, programme guides and applications may change. Planned and emergency maintenance, regional restrictions and temporary outages may occur. No unsupported uptime or permanent-content guarantee is made.
Payment and renewal
Prices and duration are confirmed before payment. Plans do not renew automatically unless the customer later accepts a separate recurring-payment arrangement. Renewal is not complete until payment is confirmed.
Suspension
Access may be suspended for payment reversal, credential sharing, excessive connections, resale, security abuse, unlawful use or another material breach. Support may require a credential reset before restoring an account.
Refunds
Refund requests are governed by the published Refund Policy and any mandatory consumer rights that apply.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ZA IPTV is not responsible for indirect losses, third-party app charges, device damage caused by unauthorised software, internet-provider performance or the customer’s misuse of credentials. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that applicable law does not permit a supplier to exclude.
