Direct answers about subscriptions, devices, internet requirements, activation and responsible use.
What is IPTV?
IPTV delivers television and on-demand video through an internet connection instead of a satellite dish or conventional cable. You use a compatible app on a Smart TV, streaming device, phone, tablet or computer.
How many devices can I use?
Choose one, two or three simultaneous devices when ordering. A device allowance controls how many streams may play at the same time, not how many apps you may install.
What internet speed do I need?
Plan for at least 10 Mbps per active HD stream and 25 Mbps per active 4K stream. Real requirements depend on the channel, app, Wi-Fi quality and other traffic on your connection.
Which devices are supported?
Common options include Samsung, LG and Android Smart TVs, Android TV boxes, Amazon Fire TV devices, Apple TV, phones, tablets, Windows PCs and Macs. App availability varies by device model and store region.
Does the subscription renew automatically?
No. Plans use a once-off payment and require manual renewal. You remain in control of whether you renew at the end of the selected period.
How does activation work?
After payment is confirmed, support sends the account details and the setup instructions for your device. Keep the credentials private and use only the number of simultaneous connections included in your plan.
Is there a refund period?
Eligible purchases may be requested for review within 7 days. Read the Refund Policy before ordering because technical, usage and content-availability exclusions apply.
Is IPTV legal in South Africa?
IPTV is a delivery technology. Legality depends on whether the provider and viewer have the required rights to the content. Use only lawfully supplied services and applications, and do not redistribute account access.
Still unable to connect?
Send support your plan, device model, player name, connection type and the exact error message. Never post account credentials in a public forum or screenshot.
