Copyright and Content Rights

Last updated 13 September 2026

Report a copyright or trademark concern and read the ZA IPTV policy on content rights, redistribution and brand references.

ZA IPTV does not authorise infringement, rebroadcasting, public credential sharing or use of content outside applicable rights and licences.

Rights enquiries

A rights owner or authorised representative may report material believed to infringe copyright or trademark rights. The notice should identify the protected work, the exact website URL or service material concerned, the complainant’s authority, contact details and a good-faith explanation.

Review process

ZA IPTV will review a sufficiently detailed notice and may remove or restrict disputed material while verifying the facts. Incomplete, automated or misleading notices may require clarification. A customer account may be suspended where credible evidence shows unlawful redistribution or repeated infringement.

Brand references

Third-party names remain the property of their respective owners. A compatibility reference does not imply sponsorship or endorsement. Brand logos and content claims should appear on this website only when their use is authorised.

Submit a notice

Send the complete notice to the support email on the Contact page with the subject “Rights notice”. Legal notices should be reviewed by qualified counsel before launch.
