“Three devices” normally means three streams playing at the same time. It does not necessarily limit installation to three devices.
One-device plan
Choose one connection when the household watches on only one screen at a time. You may move between a television and phone if the first stream is fully stopped before the second starts, subject to the account rules.
Two-device plan
Two connections suit a couple or small household where two people regularly watch different programmes at the same time. The internet connection must also support both streams simultaneously.
Three-device plan
Three connections suit larger households with separate living-room, bedroom and mobile viewing. Calculate the required bandwidth across all active screens, especially if several use HD or 4K.
Avoid connection-limit errors
- Exit the player fully when changing devices.
- Do not share credentials outside the household.
- Remove accounts from devices you sell or give away.
- Ask support before changing network location repeatedly.
- Buy the simultaneous limit the household actually needs.
Duration is a separate choice
After selecting device count, choose 3, 6 or 12 months. The longer plan has the lower effective monthly price, while the shorter plan reduces the initial commitment. Compare the exact rand totals on the pricing page.
