Terms of Service

1. Service scope

The service provides time-limited access credentials for compatible IPTV players. Catalogue, channel, EPG, catch-up and picture-quality availability can change and may vary by device, source, region and internet connection.

2. Subscription period

Plans are prepaid for the displayed period and do not renew automatically unless the customer separately authorises a renewal. The period begins at activation unless confirmed otherwise in writing.

3. Simultaneous streams

The selected device count is the maximum number of simultaneous active streams. Exceeding that limit may interrupt playback or trigger account protection. Credentials may not be resold, redistributed or publicly shared.

4. Customer responsibilities

The customer must use compatible hardware, maintain a suitable internet connection, protect credentials, install software from trusted sources and use the service only where lawful. Player-app fees are separate unless an offer expressly states otherwise.

5. Availability and maintenance

Temporary interruptions can occur because of maintenance, internet routing, player faults, upstream source changes or events outside reasonable control. Support will use reasonable efforts to diagnose a reported issue.

6. Prohibited use

Customers may not reverse engineer, rebroadcast, restream, resell, scrape, attack or interfere with the service or use it for unlawful activity. Abuse may result in suspension without extending the subscription period.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected subscription period. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
